Do you provide any customization for the webshop?
Yes. We provide two main customization services:
1. A complete design built from scratch by our team of web designers *
2. Your existing design integrated into our webshop solution *
* not in the basic package
What kind of commitment am I making?
Smart Shop is a one time design and setup fee service, so you're free to cancel your agreement with us whenever you'd like, and we won't subject you to any annual contracts or additional fees.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We are very upfront about the costs for your Smart Shop online store. Our base fees of €1.500 (one time design and setup fee) and € 2.6 per month for hosting (if you chose our hosting solution) are all that you pay for the base (S) package.
If you want additional features, those costs are clearly detailed in our proposal.
How do I pay for Smart Shop?
For your initial design and setup you need to pay 50% upfront, and 50% when the webshop is done. For your monthly hosting fees you will be required a credit card that will be setup to auto bill by the hosting provider.
